Robert Polcar Architects, Inc. (RPA) was established in Scottsdale, Arizona in 1997.  We specialize in providing architectural design and engineering services for small to medium sized projects.  Our clients include corporate, governmental, and private building owners and users. 
 
Our goal is to provide well conceived, cost effective design solutions.  From large corporations to small business owners, we are truly concerned for our clients success!
